What's really amazing about this day is the Gospel which says "Your faith has healed you". Thank you Lord, I feel so good now. :)
Secondly, it's the 7th month na pala. haha! He kissed me on the forehead in place of "Peace be with you". nakakatuwa. :)

comfort zone
"I love you even if you're not shining today, my dearest sunshine. ^_^"
this simple message lightened up my very gloomy day.
Yes, I have been so down, so aloof, so drained, so busy lately. Simple things, as well as simple messages like this, brightens me up.
You are my "comfort zone", Ga. Nawawala ang pagod ko kapag kasama kita. haha! akala ko kakornihan lang yun ng mga tao dati, pero totoo pala. haha. Thank you for asking me out today. hahaha!! oo, ikaw naman talaga ang nagyaya. :P tambak ka na sa basketball, 3-9. galing galingan mo naman sa susunod. HAHAHAHA!! ;)

SHORTAGE
I ran out of words lately. I have no idea of what to write down but I know that I ought to write one. pano ba?
1. PLANS: Madami. Hindi ko nga mapili alin ang dapat kong unahin. HAHAHA. pero sabi ng "resources" ko, magsave daw muna ako. HAHA!
2. IDEAS: madami.. hindi ko lang alam pano gagawin.
3. WANTS: I wanna travel. I wanna shop. I wanna bake. Gusto ko ng bagong dressES, shoeS, phone, stuff, but then again, sabi ni wallet, "magsave ka muna". :P
okaaaaaay. another walang kwentang entry. hahaha! matatapos na kasi ang September at wala pa akong entry kahit isa. HAHAHA!
o-m-geeeee!! 2 months na lang pala. at wala pa din akong plano, madami pala.. hahaha! kiddy party? Baguio? Ilocos? retreat? dinner out? magleave at magtago sa malayong kabundukan ng Tralala? or magmukmok sa bahay at taguan ang mga hator? bahala na nga si Batman. haha! -.-
oh siya, tinatamad na talaga ako. ciao! :)

Mango Cheesecake
my next project :)
Ingredients:
Base:
250g Choc chip or any sweet biscuits you like
125g butter melted
Filling:
1 tablespoon of gelatine
1/4 cup of water
250g cream cheese
395g tin of sweetened condensed milk
300ml of thickened cream
2 cups mango pulp
Method:
1. Place cookies into a food processor or place it in a zip-lock bag. Beat it with a rolling pin till you have fine crumbs.
2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Consistency we are after is like wet sand.
3. Press into a bottom of 9" cake tin that has been lined with baking paper. Best way for me is to use the back of a drinking glass and press down onto the pan. Gives it a tight form base.
Put this in the refrigerator to set.
4. In a cup Add gelatine to hot water until completely dissolved. Leave it aside.
5. In a bowl Mix cream cheese, cream, and sweet condensed milk.
6. Add gelatine to the mixture and stir to combine.
7. Add Mango pulp mix well into the mixture.
Now time to assemble.
Get the Base out that has been setting in the fridge. Pour the Mango mixture on top of it.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bring out and add mango slices to decorate. Then put it back to the fridge and leave it Overnight for best result.

Fickled Heart
Humans were made to "fall in love".
It may sound clichéd but love is such a very beautiful thing... until it fades away.
"... there is nothing more magical or fulfilling than falling in love. ... It’s not surprising, then, that falling out of love is one of the most confusing feelings we can experience in life. Yet many of us, for several reasons, find ourselves in this unexpected place – feeling as if the magic of love has taken a nosedive."
People fall out of love, it's natural. It is something that almost all of us, if not all, will come to face sometime (somewhere) in the (very near) future. It is still up to us, a choice after all, either to bounce back and know that it's still worth keeping or just go back to square one again.
Chemistry. Boredom. Growing up. A feeling of struggle between the heart and mind. Is it a defining moment or just a gradual change of heart? I don't know. I really don't know the answer. Things, as well as the heart and feelings, just changed over time, didn't it?

Watery Mishaps

143 days. Coincidence. :)
A day with Maria Makiling.
8:50am - logged in sa gate ng Makiling Reserve. It took us around 50 minutes to reach the "base camp" of mudspring then another 15-20 minutes para marating ang Mudspring proper.
"ga, hindi ba tayo naliligaw? parang kanina pa tayo naglalakad"
Ate sandwich habang nakatambay sa may mudspring at pinaguusapan namin ang past life niya sa "taas ng melter ng Sulfur".
Tambay ng mga 20 minutes sa "Tindahan ni Ate". Buko Juice at kwentuhan tungkol sa kabayo. haha!
Next stop, Flat Rocks..
It's always relaxing to just sit down and watch the calm water's show. Kwentuhan pa din about anything under the sun. Out of nowhere, I decided to "play" in the river. haha. lipat from one rock to another, just when I thought ayos na yung pwesto ko, nahulog ako bigla sa tubig. Ang org shirt kong puti, naging dirty white. buti na lang last stop na namin ang flatrocks. haha!
"Ang tarik nyan oh! we're out of trail" hahaha! malay ko ba, buti na lang may kasabay kami sa flatrocks, muntik na kaming maligaw palabas. HAHAHAHA!
Some people eat to live, others live to eat.
Almost 3pm nang makarating kami sa Isdaan, ang cabana na gusto ko ay yung nasa dulo, nakadalawang lipat kami and we ended up sa pwesto na gusto ko. :)
Jet ordered Seafood soup and crispy pata. Sooobrang busog, at may halo halo pa kami. haha! Gluttony at its finest.
Second mishap of the day: my phone fell down, naging manananggal at nahulog ang battery ko sa pond. nakakaiyak!! T_______T good thing, pareho kami ng battery ni boyfriend, he lend me his company phone's bat.
"ayan ha. natupad na yung wishlist mo. You texted me na gusto mo umakyat ng makiling at kumain sa isdaan pagbalik ko galing China." thank you, ga. :* Nakalimutan ko na yun, kaya pala nagyaya ka :) next time, Art Center naman ang ihike natin..
We ended this "farewell" bonding by attending the mass. I feels soooooo good. :)
Me: ga, 143 days of being together pala natin kahapon. wala lang :>
Jet: Does it matter? I feel its forever na.
Lord, thank you for the very good weather kahapon, kahit medyo maputik, at least, maayos kaming nakaakyat at nakababa, no hassle at all. Also, thank you for this... uuhhh. creature?? haha! He complements my flaws and shortcomings. The best ka talaga Lord. :) Question po, ano pong meron sa tubig at dalawang beses akong "minalas" dun kahapon? haha!
