Newspaper Nails

I'm gonna do this tonight!!! (credits to Sugarmedic88 for this "recipe")

Here's How To Do It :) 

1. Paint your nails a light color.

2.  Put some vodka (alcohol) onto the cotton round just as you would put nail polish remover on a cotton round.

3.  Wipe over the nail about to be newspapered. Hold it there for 10 seconds (there's no difference in outcome between 1 second and 10 seconds.)

4. Lay a piece of newspaper on the cotton round with the side you want on the nail facing up. The newspaper will stick to the cotton round.

5. Press the cotton round with the newspaper piece onto your nail.

6. Make sure the cotton round is wrapped around the nail. Not fully wrapped around your finger, just make sure the whole nail is covered by the newspaper. Don't move it!!

7. After about 10-15 seconds, remove the cotton round and newspaper piece in one motion.

Voila! Newspaper nails.

DOST-SEI Final Clearance

Soooooooo, almost six years after graduating from college (and receiving my last stipend lol), I am now processing my final clearance.

The process is very easy, just make sure you have the following:

1) Letter of intent addressed to Dr. Josette T. Biyo, Director, Science Education Institute. Mine as follow:

2) Certificate/s of Employment or Service Records. Make sure hiring dates are indicated as counting of length of service is based on the number of days you have enjoyed the scholarship.

It will take them three to four working days to have the clearance ready. Done? Done! :)
